Our dreams are communicating valuable information from our unconscious mind. Everything becomes more clear each and every day when unconscious information reaches your conscious mind. Think of dreamwork as building a relationship with this deeper part of you. Your unconscious mind wants to support you. It wants you to receive the information it shares with you through your dreams so that you can individuate and become whole.
Opening to your dreams is a way of accessing this powerful creative force within you.
Be sure to have a pen and some paper or a journal by your bedside so that when you awake, you can write down your dream.
In order to best remember your dreams, when you first awaken, stay very still. Before you move or start thinking about other things, try to recall what you dreamed about during the night. Then, write it down immediately.
