The Creative Return: A Jungian Journey for Women Artists in Midlife
Return to Source. Deepen your practice. Create from the inside out.
The Creative Return is an 8-week guided group for women artists in midlife who are ready to reclaim or reinvent their creative life—by working with Jungian tools that awaken the unconscious and reconnect them with the source of their creative vitality.
Midlife is a powerful threshold—a time of reflection, transformation, and creative self-actualization.
This program offers space to pause, turn inward, and reconnect with the deep wellspring of your creative energy.
Conditioned by values of control, perfection, and self-sacrifice, many of us have long set aside our own creative needs.
What gets lost is the quiet thread of intuition—the inner voice that once moved through us with ease.
This journey is about reclaiming that connection.
Through weekly conversations, symbolic reflection, and creative making, we’ll explore the unconscious forces that shape our expression.
We’ll work with image, symbol, and story—tools that speak the language of the unconscious and bypass the critical mind. These doorways into the imaginal realm help us access not only personal memory, but a deeper layer of the psyche that connects us to the collective unconscious: the shared well of human experience, archetype, and creative impulse.
This isn’t a skills course or a critique group.
It’s a return to source—to the wellspring of imagination, emotion, and mystery that fuels meaningful expression.
This group is for you if:
You’re a midlife or late-career artist feeling the pull to re-engage with your creative life
You’ve felt blocked, burned out, or disconnected from your deeper voice
You want to understand the deeper forces shaping your creative voice
You’re craving a supportive, reflective space to create alongside others
You feel a quiet urgency to return to what once felt vital and alive
